Providence will not only structure the financing for the Proton Center but will secure all of the capital stack required to develop, construct, and operate a successful Center. We can provide, if desired, a total off-balance sheet financing for the Center.

Working in Partnership with the Health System & Physicians, Providence has the ability to secure financing for the Proton Center while the Physicians and Health Center can focus on what they do best – take care of the clinical quality and outcomes for the Patient.

Providence will secure the building financing, the equipment financing, and operational cash needed to the Proton Center to achieve results.
